Your privacy is very important to the Mercer Island Center for the Arts (“MICA” or “we”). Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, disclose and make use of personal information. This Privacy Policy explains data collection and use practices of www.MercerIslandArts.org and all related servers operated by MICA (collectively, the “Site”).  It does not apply to information we collect offline. By accessing the Site, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this Privacy Policy.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect certain information you provide to us, such as if you make a donation, send us an email, subscribe to receive updates, submit content, sign up to get involved, or request information. Such information may include personal information, such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and credit card information.

Personal and demographic information may also be collected if you provide such information in connection with posting content or comments or participating in any interactive forums or features on the Site. In addition, from time to time we may collect personal information you provide in connection with your participation in surveys, promotions, and other activities on the Site.

MICA may send out periodic e-mails to you with information on our organization.  You will be given the option to unsubscribe to these mailings.

MICA will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, due to computer hackers, electronic malfunctions, and other events, MICA cannot guaranty that such safeguards will always protect such information.

PROTECTION OF CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Site is a general audience web site and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
