Hollywood's "Exodus" Explored Anew: Talk and Film

In 1960 “Exodus” broke new ground for Hollywood in tackling the Motion Picture Association of America’s Production Code of censorship and the Hollywood blacklist.  Join Foster Hirsch for an exploration of the groundbreaking 1960 production. Hirsch has been a professor at Brooklyn College since 1967, during which time he has published 16 books on theater and film. Screening of the film immediately to follow at 3:30 p.m.
